Atardecer is a newly-remodeled home with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the jungle. Atardecer is close to great beaches, innumerable eco activities, fine restaurants, the great surf town of Dominical and the Ballena National Park with its famous “whale’s tail” beach.

Atardecer, as its name implies, looks out to the Pacific for frequently amazing sunsets. A massive great room (almost 1,600 sf – 150 sm) features windows and doors that open to the world, a nice kitchen (with all of the other normal amenities) and bar seating at the kitchen, 6-person dining table, dining bar for 4. The entry to the great room has its own 1/2 bathroom.

The upstairs Master Suite is about 600 sf (55 sm) with a king-sized bed and a huge window walls that opens to the deck over the jungle. The North Suite and the South Suite are identical bedrooms off the main hallway (queen-sized beds) of about 500 sf (45 sm) that look out over the ocean or through the jungle. These two suites have their own covered decks. Over the two-car garage is a private suite, also about 500 sf (45 sm) with its own queen-sized beds and its own deck. The private suite has its own refrigerator, microwave and mini-kitchen. Each of the four suites has an en suite full bathroom and shower. The two junior suites each have bathtubs and outdoor showers. The Master Suite has a shower and a bathtub.

The infinity pool has lounge chairs built into the water or one side. On the other end of the pool there is a hot tub for extra relaxing. There is an abundant supply of pool towels. Off the pool deck is a barbeque with its own acrylic dining and drinking supplies. Lounges and two large umbrellas make the pool the ideal area to hang out at.

Atardecer is wired with an Eero mesh Wi-Fi network with download speeds of about 50 mbps and upload of about 12 mbps. Most cellular mobile phone networks work fine at the Casa. There is, of course, a laundry room with a half-sized washer and dryer.
