Casa Atarceder is close to great beaches, innumerable eco activities, fine restaurants, the great surf town of Dominical and the Ballena National Park with its famous “whale’s tail” beach.
Costa Rica is a very friendly and safe country and the Casa is in a gated community. Large numbers of Ticans speak fine English. The US dollar is accepted almost everywhere at pretty close to the prevailing exchange rate so there is no need to change lots of money at the airport or elsewhere.
